Her vision of an authentic and refined environment, warm hospitality, her passion for interior decoration and table arts, have left their mark in each of the establishments while in no way forgetting the history of the place and its environment.

The Groupe Sibuet is unique through its selection of exceptional sites, whether in the heart of nature or in the heart of town, and its attentive and personalised hospitality. With the initial concept of the Fermes de Marie in 1989, Jocelyne Sibuet founded a new art in hospitality, devoted to luxury without ostentation. These same guidelines were to be the basis for her future establishments, to which she incessantly added new inspirations born from a greater understanding of the wishes of her guests.

Her leitmotiv has always been to enable her guests to live a unique experience, to feel at home in an exceptional environment. This notion of hospitality has fully succeeded thanks to the Group’s culture with regards to people. The staff is trained according to the tradition of the house and the Sibuet concept is valid for each establishment. Although the history may be different, the same savoir-vivre can be found throughout. And likewise for the Spas that offer exceptional treatments based on the house beauty products, Pure Altitude.

And now there is the cuisine that is emerging along the same lines as the Spas thanks to the initiative of Marie Sibuet who, like her brother, has taken on an active part in the highly successful family saga.
